5-Day Return Window
We offer a 5-day return window from the date of delivery.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you can request a return or replacement within 5 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Return / Replacement
To be eligible for a return or replacement:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
- The item must be in original packaging with all accessories and inserts
- A clear unboxing video may be required for verification
- The request must be submitted within 5 days of delivery
All returns and replacements are subject to inspection by our team.
Eligible Return Cases
Returns or replacements may be approved in the following situations:
- Wrong item received
- Product arrived damaged
- Manufacturing defect
Proof such as photos or unboxing video may be required to verify the issue.
Non-Returnable Cases
- Returns or replacements will not be accepted in the following situations:
- Damage caused by misuse, washing, or improper handling
- Product returned without original packaging
- Product returned after the 5-day return window
- Minor variations in color or appearance due to lighting or screen differences
- Change of mind or personal preference
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Refund processing time: 5–10 business days after inspection
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds (if applicable) will be processed via bank transfer.
Inspection & Final Decision
All return and replacement requests are subject to product inspection after the item reaches our facility.
The final decision regarding approval or rejection of returns will be made by the Z Bazaar team.

- Photos or videos of the issue
